Clay Bar Your Car's Finish Smooth as a Baby’s Behind!

Clay Bar is the base for good Auto Detailing. I found Clay Magic to be one of the best all around products.

Where do you start?

Wash and dry your car then rub your hand over the finish. Go ahead, caress it! It’s just you and your car...no one is looking. Like what you feel? Dose it really feel good? If not, then your car needs some intimate and tender attention.

I’m going to tell you how to make your car feel so good that you’ll want to go into the garage just before going to bed and rub your hand over the fender.

Let me guess. You are here because you’re a car buff, like myself, and you’ve been taking care of your car. Maybe you tried every product that came down the pike and have settled on a favorite. Perchance you have a good idea about the condition of the paint and you are looking for something New, Improved, and Better. OR you’ve neglected your car because you thought the clear coat didn’t need to be protected. Now it’s not as glossy and nice as it was when new and some one recomended trying a Clay Bar.

Here's something you need to know. Clear coat must be protected just like paint because it is paint with out color. It will oxidize and yellow when neglected. Soon it will begin to lift and turn white. Too late, You need a new paint job! Clay Bar will not bring it back.

You’ll need to make an assessment of the paint finish. So go ahead and wash and dry your car. Now, drag your fingers across the hood, roof, and fenders. Is it as smooth as glass or can you feel a slight roughness on the paint finish? My guess is that there is some roughness you felt with your fingers. Particles in the paint surface that aren't visible but still there, stuck to it, embedded in the paint in such a way that these particles can not be removed by a typical washing. That’s normal! And the normal person will simply accept it. But you are above normal! You want the best!

I am going to take you a step beyond normal and tell you how to get the best shine you ever had. Why settle for less when you can go for the Gold?

Just a word about this stuff stuck in your paint. What is it and where did it come from? One word sums it up, Pollution. It’s in the air we breath... sharp partials of dust, dirt, brake dust, acid rain.

I live in Florida... this has to be one of the worst places for sand, dirt, and dust particles! The lawn maintenance crews with their blowers are constantly stirring up the dirt. Blowing the sand and grass clippings all over near by cars!

The owner of a new Jaguar had me look over her car. She parked it in the garage every night, but during the day it was parked outside the office where she worked. Now, I’ll tell you, that new Jaguar would make any one a believer in pollution! Dirt from the lawn crews, chlorine from the pressure washers, a gazillion cars of the roads, iron particles from the nearby railroad... It’s all over our cars!

She told me the Jaguar dealer would polish the paint for $$$ but she was afraid they would make it worse. I told her that the paint did not need to be polished we just need to get this pollution out of the paint first by using a good Clay Bar!

Many Auto Detail shops will recommend machine polishing. Polishing has its place but that’s not what you need right now. First thing is to pull these abrasive partials out of the paint with a Clay Bar and not polish them into the paint.

If you are like me, then you’re passionate about your cars, so ... lets go for the Gold and begin with the Clay Bar process....

You'll get twice the shine in half the time!
